Perfect for multiple families, the home has 2 separate living spaces (on different floors) each with a TV and seating as well an open Main Living Space with a amazing deck with a hot tub, gas fire pit, BBQ Grill and views of both Purgatory Ski Resort as well as Engineer Mountain.

The townhome also features the expected amenities such as super fast Starlink WIFI, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), 2 car garage (with a level 2 EV Charger) and a fully stocked kitchen. The townhome was professionally decorated with high end furnishings and there are TVs in both living spaces and each bedroom.

The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort, but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords. At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It's only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the townhome.

The home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets or emotional support animals.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.
