Access to a half basketball court and pickle ball set up in the driveway. • This property is pet-friendly! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $40/night, maximum $250 per stay. No cats allowed. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing a pet.
• Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
• Like most homes in the area, this house does not have A/C.
• The hot tub is serviced between guests. It may be cold upon arrival and need some time to heat up.
• 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays require cleans every 30 days at an additional guest expense.
