Perched high in the trees, this charming tri-level cabin offers the unique feeling of staying in a treehouse, where you'll wake to the sounds of nature, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and enjoy a relaxing retreat surrounded by Colorado's breathtaking beauty.

Designed for both adventure and relaxation, Fern Creek Retreat is the perfect home base for outdoor enthusiasts. Spend your days exploring the area's endless ATV and OHV trails, hiking scenic mountain paths, fishing the Rio Grande, or discovering everything the surrounding mountains have to offer. After a day of adventure, return to the cabin to unwind on the deck, soak in the peaceful forest setting, and reconnect with family and friends.

Inside, the cabin features three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms spread across three levels, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. The warm wood interiors, cozy mountain décor, and inviting living spaces create the perfect atmosphere for making lasting vacation memories.

• Accessibility Notice: Our home is not recommended for guests with mobility concerns, as stairs are required to access all levels and living areas of the cabin.
• Deck views of the Rio Grande River
• This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. The nightly pet fee is $40 with a maximum of $250. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy.
• No A/C: As is common in the area, this property does not have air conditioning
• Extended Stay Cleaning: Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; additional cleanings are required every 30 days for longer stays (guest expense)
• 4WD/AWD recommended November through March
