• No A/C: As is common in the area, this property does not have air conditioning
• Extended Stay Cleaning: Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; additional cleanings are required every 30 days for longer stays (guest expense)
• 4WD/AWD recommended November through March
• For the safety of our guests and property, this home has an exterior security camera located on the small storage building facing the private driveway. This camera monitors the private drive only and there are no cameras inside the home, and no audio recording takes place.

  The home, amenities, and location were even better than we anticipated. We spent 5 wonderful nights on the Rio Grand just a short drive to Creede. We actually tried to extend our stay, we were not ready to leave. We felt privileged to be some of the first guests to stay here. It’s a very beautiful home, and we would love to visit again soon. The owners next door were an added bonus and we loved meeting them. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful get away this is the place! The beautiful evenings on the deck, watching the clouds and sunsets, listening to the birds and the river.
