The Georgia Cottage Lindy Studio is so cute and very comfortable with a queen bed, new wall mounted 32 in smart LCD with free Netflix, new sofa, natural gas fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and range. This adorable basement studio is situated under the Georgia Cottage Lindy, that is also available for guests to book for additional guests for your use OR can be booked independently.

Both places are fully self-contained with private entrances, separate parking, BBQ, patio and laundry.

The studio also has a barbecue w propane, washer and dryer. Equipped with TDS WiFi, Netflix with your log in.

This property is pet-friendly – small dogs only. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $40/night, maximum $250 per stay. No cats allowed. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing a pet. Pet amenities include a 26 x 38 dog bed, 6 ft. sturdy dog leash, large food and water bowls, and refuse baggies.

A short stroll through the historic neighborhood for to downtown coffee houses, boutique shops, delicious restaurants, galleries, and only a 15 minute walk to the Old Mill District.
