• Lake access note: The lake directly behind the home is designated for motorized watercraft (water skiing and wakeboarding) only. The paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing lake is located down the road within the community.

  I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but Palla Lane is on another level. The primary suite alone is worth booking — king bed with lake views, a gas fireplace, a soaking tub overlooking the pines, and a private patio steps from the hot tub. Pure luxury. The whole house has an immediate sense of calm the moment you walk in — vaulted ceilings, natural wood floors, beautiful light. After days of hiking and exploring Bend, coming back here felt like a true retreat. The hot tub with views of Tanager Lake under the stars was a highlight every single night. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind in Central Oregon, don't hesitate.

  If you want the best of Bend, this is your place. Palla Lane sits right on Tanager Lake — a gorgeous, private 3,000-foot lake exclusive to the neighborhood. We paddleboarded every morning, soaked in the hot tub every evening, and barely wanted to leave the property. The 200 feet of private lakefront access and the two-acre setting make it feel like your own private resort. Shevlin Park is just a couple miles away and is great for mountain biking and hike, and downtown Bend is an easy 15-minute drive. The location is absolutely unbeatable — peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by pines, yet close to everything. Hands-down the most unique rental we've ever stayed in.

  Palla Lane exceeded every expectation. This place is stunning — brand new, immaculately designed, and thoughtfully stocked for a group. The gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances made cooking together an absolute pleasure, and the breakfast bar and formal dining for 10 meant everyone had a seat. The Crate & Barrel furnishings, gas fireplace, and sweeping lake views from the living room gave the whole house such a warm, elevated feel. Having four king rooms each with their own bathroom is a game changer for groups. The covered patio with the fire pit and hot tub overlooking Tanager Lake at night was truly magical. We'll be back.

  Spent a few days with sisters at this gorgeous home. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and we certainly got it. The house has the most beautiful, comfortable patio with a view of the lake and surrounding forest. The kitchen is large and stocked with anything you would need to do some cooking. It was especially nice that we all had our own bathrooms. It would be equally great for families. It's a short drive into town and many other activities. Can't imagine you wouldn't love your stay.
