–Good to Know–
• Pet friendly: up to 2 dogs allowed for $40/day (max $250 per stay). No cats allowed. Please notify us upon booking if bringing a pet.
• STR Permits: 23-6281 (Casita) and 23-6282 (Main)
• Main house and casita are separate structures on one private property
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense
• Please note one the Queen bedroom in the main house has a curtain, and not a door.
• There are exterior facing cameras on site, strictly for security purposes only: driveway, front door & garage door area. There is one camera on the front of the Casita, and also one on the back.

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
