• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery
• Pets are allowed for $40/day, maximum $250. No cats allowed. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing a dog.
• Due to the cool mountain climate, this property does not have A/C.
• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles
