• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense)
• Pool heating is available as an optional service beyond the ambient outdoor temperature. We charge a daily pool heating fee starting at $35 per day to cover the extra energy costs required to maintain the pool at a comfortable temperature, usually between 78°F and 82°F.

  The Vacation Rental was beautiful, clean, and conveniently close to everything my Wife & I had planned for our trip. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool, playing games in the lanai, and relaxing with our Dog.

  After finding and booking the property via VRBO my booking was then managed by SW Florida VRC. I spoke to several staff who were extremely helpful and a pleasure to liaise with. Check in instructions were very clear which took away any stress when arriving. The location of the property was perfect for our needs and very clean. Unfortunately there were no instructions left by the owner regarding practical things like appliance instructions or when to put bins out and 'Do's and Do Nots' ect. The property is in need of some updating and some of the window blinds need renewing ASAP. We had a great relaxing week and even saw a Manatee in the canal at the rear of the property. Next time I will definitely book directly with SW Florida VRC as nothing was too much trouble for them at The Cape Coral office.
