Sleeping up to 10 guests and featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and shaded outdoor living spaces, this one-of-a-kind property combines privacy with togetherness - each guest can enjoy their own space while still staying close.

Spend your mornings walking to local coffee shops and boutiques, your afternoons exploring Arches National Park, and your evenings grilling under the trees or soaking in the hot tub. With bike path access right nearby and Main Street just one block away, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and adventure. •Reserved parking for 3 vehicles - additional street parking on a first come, first serve basis
•Pets are allowed for $40/day, maximum of $250 per stay
•All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days.

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
