Spend your mornings strolling to coffee shops and boutiques, your afternoons exploring Arches National Park, and your evenings relaxing in the private hot tub or enjoying a cookout in the shaded yard. With bike path access right nearby and a vibrant downtown just one block away, this home blends comfort, convenience, and fun for families and groups alike.

• This unit is pet friendly! We allow up to 2 dogs for $40/day, maximum $250. Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a pet.
• Please note the fireplace is NOT operational
• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require cleans every 30 days (guest expense)

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  The home was perfect for our stay in Moab. We were walking distance to town which helped with trying to find parking during busy season. The home was clean and how all the supplies we needed such as coffee for the mornings. The beds were really comfortable and having three full bathrooms was very useful. We will be back!

  This is a great place for a family or multiple people. It was exactly as pictured. It's a pretty house and everything was very clean. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us the space we needed to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The living area was comfortable. The hot tub at the end of a day of hiking was a treat as well. The location is right in Moab. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. The Moab Diner next door serves up an excellent breakfast. Juanita's Place gave us everything we were looking for on our trip.
