Prepare your favorite meal in the spacious kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove and dining island. After your meal retreat to the comfortable living area and enjoy your favorite movie or board game.

After a full day of adventure relax in the primary ensuite bedroom complete with a King sleep number bed, spacious walk-in shower and dual vanities. Enjoy your favorite beverage and local views of the Ridgway mountain range on the private deck right outside of the bedroom. There is plenty of room for your personal items in the walk-in closet and a dedicated office desk is available for the remote professional in your group. Down the hall the second bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and full bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub/shower combo right across the hallway. • All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We absolutely loved this little B&B in Ridgway! It was spotless, well laid out and in a perfect location for hikes and sightseeing in the area. We could walk to the park (across the street), to restaurants nearby and even the little grocery store, which is only a block away. The unit was quiet, comfortable and the linens and supplies provided were top quality. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to come back.
