–Amenities You’ll Love–
•The property has a shared hot tub, playground, and hiking. You can also walk or bike the 0.3-mile dirt road from the condo to the Nugget Mountain Bar - they have a food truck and indoor/outdoor seating with firepits. In the summer, they also feature live music! In the summer, a bike ride to the ski resort would be easy, too.

–Location–
•Silverpick sits at appx 8800 feet in elevation. It borders the National Forest and is about halfway between the historic towns of Durango and Silverton. This prime location is just 1 mile from Purgatory Ski Resort's entrance and approximately 25 minutes from downtown Durango, with scenic drives up to Silverton and Ouray. Enjoy both quiet privacy and the incomparable Needles Mountain views from this townhome, while being close enough to the action of Purgatory Resort where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

–Logistics–
•This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Pets must be crated if they are left home alone.
•Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
•There is a ring camera at the front door facing out.
•All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense
•Traveling with a larger group? We also manage another 2-bedroom townhome just a few doors down—perfect for friends or family who want to stay nearby while enjoying their own space. Inquire for more details!

Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
