  First off the house was very clean. Couch had vacuum marks which is detail we never see in Sunriver. I always have to clean and vacuum upon arrival. This was the first time in 10 years I didn't. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Hot was perfect for family. Outside patio in great condition. No slivers in feet which is always a concern with children. Living room was perfect size for family. Large TV. DISH TV. House stayed cool in 90s. Perfect access to fort rock via bike or walking. Came with brita water pitcher and filter which my daughter appreciated. Only draw back no garage access so bikes stayed outside. Propane ran out but was replaced within 2 hours of emailing. Everything is emailed and texted to you so no guest book. Theres 2 loops so kids can bike around the quiet neighborhood. Backyard is along main road but is was quiet and not distracting for us.
