•For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
•Spacious two story unit located on the second floor of a historic mansion.
•Garage parking for one vehicle, plus convenient street parking available. Be aware of street sweeping schedule to avoid a ticket.
•Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
