LAKE: Yellow Birch Lake is a 192-acre lake in Vilas Co. It has a max depth of 23 ft. There is a public boat landing. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.

TRAILS: This home is adjacent to 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. ATV/UTV riders can cover a variety of terrain in the area, from paved roads to dirt routes. Enjoy hiking in the nearby Nicolet National Forest. Check out the "Map It Vilas County Trails App" to navigate all the trail systems for any sport - snowmobiling, ATVing, cross-country skiing, biking, and hiking.

THE AREA: Officially recognized as the Snowmobile Capital of the World, Eagle River is a haven for winter sports enthusiasts with a massive network of off-road trails to explore and recreation facilities galore. And in the heart of Wisconsin's 28 Chain of Lakes region, there are endless ways exist to enjoy time out on the water.   Three couples stayed there for three nights. This rental is very well set up for a great experience. There's plenty of room to sit, lots of indoor and outdoor games, as well as a beautiful view of the lake. We hope to return.
