•Ample parking for either two 14-foot trailers and three regular-size vehicles or up to six regular-size vehicles.


****All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional expense of the guest.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We offer travel insurance.

  This was a great house in great location for all the activities we had planned. Close enough to downtown but yet for enough away to have a country feel and enjoy the beautiful views while soaking in the hot tub. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The house was wonderful, clean, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for a larger group Gathering. The beds were all comfortable, the sheets were soft, & we had plenty of soft towels for the bathroom. The water pressure was great as well. All In all, wonderful place to stay.

  We were a party of 7 and this home had plenty of room for all of us. The location of this home was very convenient as we visited Ouray and Telluride, while our men enjoyed the mountains. There were mule deer in the yard and in the mountains we saw bear, moose and elk. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise and also enjoyed. We would definitely rent this home again.
