Watch the sun set over the canal from your own heated pool in this single-story NW Cape Coral retreat with direct Gulf access. Inside, 2,424 sq ft offers 3 bedrooms plus a den, a chef's kitchen with island seating, dining for 6, and four pocketing sliders that open the whole living area to the lanai. The den/office, fast Wi-Fi and roomy walk-in closets make settling in for a longer stay easy.

Bedroom Configuration:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed with sliders to the lanai, plus an en suite with a soaking tub and huge walk-in shower
- 2nd Bedroom: King bed
- 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed with a writing desk

Outdoor Living:
The screened lanai is made for entertaining, with a heated pool, swim-up table, three water features, covered dining, loungers and an outdoor griddle for poolside cookouts. The pool bath has its own door to the lanai, so no wet feet through the house. Beyond the pool cage, the beautifully landscaped, fenced yard leads to an 85' seawall with a captain's walk, covered boat lift and plenty of seating. Cast a line, watch for manatees, or paddle the canals with the included kayak and life jackets. A kayak launch stabilizer lowers to the water so getting in and out is easy and steady.

• Boat lift use is available for an additional $150 per stay.
• Single-story home.
• Parking for 3 vehicles in the garage, plus 3 more in the driveway. The garage also has storage racks for beach gear.
• Pet-friendly: up to 2 dogs, $40/day, maximum $250 per stay (no cats, please). Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a dog; unreported pets incur a $300 penalty.
• Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay inspection every 30 days. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request.
• Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided.
• The pool is heated. During cooler weather, extra pool heating is available to keep the pool at a comfortable 78-82°F: $35/day.
• The home is on well water, with a whole-house reverse osmosis system for clean, great-tasting water at every tap.
• Impact windows, plus electric and clear manual shutters, for peace of mind in any season.
