This 23,000-square-foot wellness center features a full range of spa services, yoga and Pilates classes, a sauna, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

Inside, the condo features an open floor plan with hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and large windows that bring in natural light and mountain views. The living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests, and a dining space for four.

Please note, in addition to your nightly room rental rate as advertised in the listing, guests at the Riverfront Resort & Spa, also incur fees listed below upon check-in:

Guests must pay the fee directly to the resort at the time of check-in. Guest check-in at front desk to obtain access to the unit.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
