• Pet-friendly (max 2 dogs) – $40/night, $250 max per stay; unreported pets incur $300 fee
• Guests have access to the entire home
• No central A/C – equipped with 3 mini split units in main areas
• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days ($25/inspection)
• Mid-stay cleans available upon request (guest expense)
• Routine maintenance (trash, yard care, etc.) may occur during your stay
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
•Owner resides in a separate building on the property.
•Home features beautiful live plants—please enjoy, but do not water unless noted in house manual.
•Friendly chickens in a backyard coop add to the unique charm!
•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery

  This was my first time using VRBO. The experience was great. House was large and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped making it easy for the family to cook meals. Location was perfect for our needs. I would only recommend installing grab bars in the tub enclosure. I used the bedroom downstairs with the bathroom nearby. I didn't realize the other bedrooms were upstairs. I didn't go up because the stairs. My kids used the bedrooms upstairs.

  I attended a conference at CCU and rented this house for a family/friends vacation. We had a wonderful time. The house is walking distance from the campus and was spacious for our needs (5 adults). The outdoor area was a real plus. So nice to have morning coffee and nightly drinks on the patio in the cool Colorado summer weather. We had a nice opportunity to meet the owner. He gave us a beautiful big zucchini from his garden which we grilled that night for supper!

We checked with the owners and were able to have our daughter’s roommates and their parents over for a dinner. We had plenty of room and greatly enjoyed out time.
