Private home on 5 acres - 5 min. from downtown Durango - Hot Tub/Game Room

Our 3 bathroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3,700 sq. ft. residence sits on 5 acres with views of the Hermosa Cliffs. Enjoy privacy and seclusion while being only 5 minutes (4 miles) from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes (21 miles) north to Purgatory Ski Resort. The home is less then a 5 minute drive to the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs, Dalton Ranch Golf Club as well PJs Market. and a liquor store.

Our home is perfect for multiple families as it has a living space on the main level and a large game room in the basement with a pool table, foosball, seating, games, TV and half bath (with a second set of washer/dryer). The home features amazing outdoor space with a large deck w/hot tub, gas firepit, outdoor bar, and bbq gas grill. All 3 bedrooms on the main level have AC units (the basement stays plenty cool).

The historic Durango/Silverton tourist train passes by the house across Highway 550 2- 6 times per day depending on the season.

Loft - Twin Beds (2) (Overlooks Main Living Space)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

  This is a lovely home, and we would certainly consider staying here again when Durango is on our vacation list. The location was perfect! It was close to the Hot Springs and the Honey Distillery while also being only 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango. We loved it!
  The property management company was EXTREMELY responsive. Any questions were answered promptly, and they were so easy to work with. Even if we do not return to Durango, we would certainly look for a property with this company in the future.
  The only "nit" I have is that the property has been beautifully redone. The dimmers on the lights in the master bedroom and bathroom need to have the electrical loads addressed. They will not hold a variable dim; they are on or off. Not a deal breaker, but considering the extensive renovation, it should be addressed. As I said, this is very minor; we really loved this vacation spot.
