Our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom downtown Santa Fe home is the perfect place to stay when exploring the city. From the outstanding location on the edge of the downtown area, to the artisanal decor and cozy touches throughout, this adorable home awaits!

As soon as you walk in the front door, you’ll feel right at home. Filled with tons of natural light, the inviting living space features a plush sofa, leather armchair, modern art, a TV with Hulu Live, and elegantly artisanal furnishings and decor. The full kitchen is tucked away just off the living space, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator with freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy dining room, perfect for intimate candlelight dinners or pancake breakfasts with friends before a full day of shopping and sightseeing. The two cozy bedrooms welcome you home each night, featuring queen beds with luxurious bedding, privacy shades, and cool, relaxing color schemes.

Outside, this charming home offers a carport with room for one vehicle, a flat gravel driveway, and uncovered parking for an additional 2 vehicles.

Our vacation rental is conveniently located 1.1 miles away from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
