4-bedroom, 3-bath Estes Park home in the Thousand Pines neighborhood offers a serene getaway with a hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, forest views, and wildlife viewing opportunities, all in our ample outdoor space. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park, it's perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

The open living area features wide windows, offering breathtaking forest views. Our well-stocked kitchen and spacious dining room make mealtime a delight. The four large bedrooms provide ample space for relaxation, with two rooms opening to decks with peaceful forest views.

Additional amenities include a propane forced air furnace and whole house fan for year-round comfort and dual hot water heaters for plenty of hot water. Our home also has parking on a concrete driveway for several cars and a 2-car garage.

Second Bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed
Third Bedroom (upstairs): King bed
Fourth Bedroom (downstairs): Queen bed

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

No pets are allowed at this property.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

  We love staying at this mountain home. It was big enough for two families to spread out and enjoy. The basement was great for our teenage kids to hang out. The linens and towels were luxurious. The beds were comfortable. Awesome to have a fireplace and a hot tub in the winter time. Great location, close to town, but far enough for it to be peaceful. Loved seeing the wildlife every morning.
