Our 3BR/2BA house is fully equipped with several amenities like a private pool, screened-in lanai, and dock on the canal to allow you to enjoy your stay. In the Pelican neighborhood of Cape Coral, you can find a charming tropical atmosphere!

At Villa Kokomo, your SW Florida paradise awaits! Located in the Pelican neighborhood of Cape Coral, Villa Kokomo is a tranquil retreat with extra-wide canal frontage. The screened-in lanai offers stunning panoramic views, outdoor furniture, and a charming Tiki Hut, while the dock beckons water enthusiasts. A spacious great room, kitchen, and eating nook provide ample space for gatherings. With southern exposure, Villa Kokomo bathes in warm sunrises and sunsets. Ideally located near pristine beaches and top-rated restaurants, this comfortable villa sleeps six, making it perfect for families and friends seeking a serene getaway.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

• No pets are allowed at this property.
• Dedicated parking for 2 cars
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• Pool heating is available as an optional service beyond the ambient outdoor temperature and is not included in the standard rental rate. We charge a daily pool heating fee of $35 per day to cover the additional energy costs required to maintain the pool at a comfortable temperature, usually between 78°F and 82°F. Actual water temperature will vary based on weather, and because heat pump pool heaters lose efficiency and may shut off when outdoor temperatures fall below about 50–60°F, we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature or that the heater will be able to maintain the desired range during colder periods.
