Welcome Peak Place, perched on the scenic hillside of Kid Peak Estates, this beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath cabin offers breathtaking views of the Rio Grande Valley, Trout Creek, Nelson Mountain, and Beautiful Mountain, with direct access to National Forest trails for hiking and exploring. Spanning three stories, our mountain home is thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and soaking in the surrounding natural beauty.
The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light from large picture windows. You'll also find the main queen bedroom and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step out onto the spacious deck and enjoy the sweeping mountain views.

•Upstairs, you'll find the second queen bedroom and a cozy loft that doubles as a remote workspace—complete with a desk, printer, loveseat, and reading chair—perfect for mixing business with mountain air.
•Outside, the patio invites you to fire up the grill, unwind, and breathe in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the stunning scenery.

Downstairs, discover the third bedroom, a second shared bathroom, and a game and media area—great for board games, puzzles, or a relaxing movie night.

–Logistics–
•Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
•Book at least a week, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Year’s).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
