Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  Everything was great accept the shuttle driver refused to take us to the mountain, we booked for the shuttle and access to the mountain and driver made excuses and lied to us.

  We spent a great week in this lovely condo unit. Besides being a great unit with plenty of everything, the building comes with great amenities. Best of all is the Ascent shuttle which comes with its own app, allowing you to schedule trips to and from Beaver Creek. The shuttle pickup and drop off at the front door is next to your own great ski locker with boot dryers and plenty of storage. There are also daily runs to Vail. Great place to stay.
