Located behind the gates of Beaver Creek, Ridgepoint #154 is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome located on the western hillside of the community with two sunny, peaceful west facing decks and relatively easy ski-in access to the Lower Beaver Creek Lift. Also enjoy the frequent Dial-a-Ride shuttle system for access to Beaver Creek Village and the main Centennial chairlift/gondola.

This unique townhome has six skylights which let in abundant light in both the living area and the kitchen, a true bonus you will appreciate once you live in this immaculate property. The mountain contemporary style of the home wells any guests that enter its doors. A pool and a heated ten person hot tub are steps away from your front door and open year round. The community tennis courts on-site are a great place to spend time in the warmer months.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
