The Space:

The open-plan kitchen features a beautiful natural wood breakfast bar, and all the essentials for preparing delicious home-cooked meals when you feel like a night in. Three comfortable bedrooms (all outfitted with luxurious bedding and smart TV's in 2 bedrooms) and two bathrooms, plus a media room for a movie night at the end of a fun day.

Spacious 8-seat dining room and adjacent bar area, perfect for enjoying a cocktail before or after dinner. The dining room leads you to our outdoor area, complete with a grill, comfortable couch, and outdoor dining. Follow the lighted path in the backyard to a fire pit perfect for marshmallows. Fully fenced in backyard perfect for your furry family members.

This property is dog-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
