Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  Our family fondly nicknamed this home the “Zipline House". A family reunionwas hosted here and it was the perfect setting. The back porch views were stunning, the bunk rooms were a hit with the kids, and the zipline, climbing wall, and fireman’s pole kept everyone entertained. The large kitchen was our main gathering spot for meals, activities, and conversation. The beds and bedding were also cozy and comfortable.
  
  We had planned to do several activities in the area, but the house itself was so much fun that we ended up spending all of our time on the property. It really made for a special and memorable trip.
  
  As with many Airbnbs, the kitchen had a somewhat random assortment of utensils and cookware, but we made everything work just fine. A couple of notes for future guests: this home is not ADA accessible, so plan ahead if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility needs. However, we made it work for our needs. Also, the bungee cord that stops the zipline could use some attention as it required an adult to manage and tension safely.
  
  Overall, the house was fantastic, and our whole family is still talking about it. We were sad to leave and are already missing those back porch views. Thank you, Zipline House, for a wonderful stay!
