Our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Moose Mountain retreat, Kingston House, is on 8 private acres with countless amenities. Located only 5 miles from Silver Mountain, this home has easy access to a plethora of winter and summer activities.

This secluded, sprawling estate boasts 2 spacious living areas perfect for gathering, a rec room complete with a pool table, and a grand central kitchen. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone and the home sleeps 21! The bedrooms include a primary ensuite and three spacious rooms with queen beds and bunks for the kids. Step outside to enjoy sweeping views from the expansive back deck or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Step outside to explore the extensive grounds, perfect for hiking and nature walks. Staying inside for the day? Enjoy relaxing in one of the two cozy living rooms with expansive windows overlooking the valley, beautiful sunsets and an abundance of wildlife. Additional bunk house with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds total) included in rentals from Memorial Day through Labor Day only. Please note there is no bathroom or AC in the bunk house.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  Our family fondly nicknamed this home the “Zipline House". A family reunionwas hosted here and it was the perfect setting. The back porch views were stunning, the bunk rooms were a hit with the kids, and the zipline, climbing wall, and fireman’s pole kept everyone entertained. The large kitchen was our main gathering spot for meals, activities, and conversation. The beds and bedding were also cozy and comfortable.
  
  We had planned to do several activities in the area, but the house itself was so much fun that we ended up spending all of our time on the property. It really made for a special and memorable trip.
  
  As with many Airbnbs, the kitchen had a somewhat random assortment of utensils and cookware, but we made everything work just fine. A couple of notes for future guests: this home is not ADA accessible, so plan ahead if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility needs. However, we made it work for our needs. Also, the bungee cord that stops the zipline could use some attention as it required an adult to manage and tension safely.
  
  Overall, the house was fantastic, and our whole family is still talking about it. We were sad to leave and are already missing those back porch views. Thank you, Zipline House, for a wonderful stay!
