Our 2 bed, 2 bath basement apartment is across the street from Washington Park, or as the locals call it "Wash Park". Walking, biking, running, picnicking, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and boating are all popular activities at Wash Park.

While Wash Park is across the street, you don’t need to leave the rental to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The apartment has great outdoor space for grilling and dining. The outdoor furniture and dining set is perfect for mornings or evenings on the patio, enjoying drinks and preparing food on the outdoor grill.

The beautiful new modern interior creates an inviting, bright, and spacious atmosphere. A fireplace in the main bedroom adds a touch of romance and coziness to the space. For those working or studying, high-speed internet is available, plus a desk and chair in the main bedroom create a private and quiet escape from the rest of the rental common spaces. Additional seating in the kitchen also makes for a great workspace.

We've provided a pack 'n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and a selection of kids' games and books to ensure your little ones have everything they need for a comfortable and entertaining stay.

Cook up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, bread toaster, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware and utensils. While there's no oven or stovetop, the hot plate and toaster oven allow for easy meal preparation during your stay.

In addition, the apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to multiple retail areas such as grocery stores, coffee shops and many restaurants, bars and shops on Gaylord St and Sout Pearl St. Also, conveniently located near Denver Health Medical, Swedish Medical and AdventHealth Porter.

We have 1 designated off-street parking spot for the apartment located in the alley by the apartment entrance. In addition, ample free street parking is available in front of the home and on nearby side streets.
