This stunning 1700 sq ft lake home offers the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones to unwind and create lasting memories. Step out onto the sprawling half-acre of wooded land that is level to the water's edge and enjoy the crisp air. A private dock awaits, beckoning you to explore the tranquility of the lake.

For the adventurous souls, there are kayaks and canoes to glide across the calm waters. Prefer a leisurely float? Take out the rowboat and let the gentle waves carry you. There is fun for all ages with the provided water noodles, rafts, and sand toys. Anglers rejoice, this private lake is a haven for bluegill, large and smallmouth bass, and walleye. Cast a line from the dock and see what treasures the lake holds. After a day on the water, gather around the firepit with crackling flames and toast marshmallows under a star-studded sky. Cozy firepit blankets and s'more sticks are provided. Share stories and laughter with your loved ones under the open sky, just steps away from the water's edge. For those seeking relaxation, hang out on the large wraparound deck with a refreshing drink. Watch the sunsets paint the sky as you breathe in the fresh pine-scented air.

Mealtimes are a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-quality cookware and utensils. Prefer a quick grill session? A gas grill awaits on the patio. Don't forget to grab your favorite board game - the open and inviting atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for family game nights.

Porch in the Pines is more than just a vacation rental; it's a place to reconnect with loved ones and friends while sharing meals, watching a movie, or telling stories around the campfire - laughter will flow effortlessly.

Other Things to Know:
• This home has central air conditioning.
• A ramp leads from the driveway to the covered area of the porch and to the main entry.
• The main floor has two bedrooms and a large bath (extra wide doorway) with an open sink area for a wheelchair.
• The property is flat and you can easily get from the parking area to the lake and dock without any steps.
• There is no public boat launch. Guests may not launch a motor boat from the home.
• This home is dog friendly! We allow a max of 2 dogs - pet fee is $20/day (a max $120 per stay).
• There is parking for four (4) vehicles in the circle drive.
• The garage is available during the summer months, providing secure storage for your gear.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required when booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to dates, including changes that result in a shorter stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
