We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

This property is a 30 minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

  Great ranch house in a nice location for our 6-week stay. Lots of nearby walking and biking trails that were great for us and the pup. The TV room downstairs was so comfortable, and the laundry facilities in the basement were nice quality. Close to all that SW metro has to offer, and easy access to the foothills. Would definitely recommend.
