Escape to our luxury haven, where every detail is meticulously crafted to ensure an unforgettable experience amidst the beauty of Creede and the Rio Grande Valley. Our newly constructed luxury private home is nestled in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley and offers breathtaking views of Bristol Head.

Elegantly designed, our home features three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bath and Smart TV (2nd Story, accessible via stairs)
2nd Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bath (shared) and Smart TV (Main Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Four twins (two sets of bunk beds) with Smart TV (Main Floor)

As you ascend to the second floor, discover the serene and private master bedroom, which has its own luxurious bathroom and is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. An inviting seating area perched above the open living room and kitchen is perfect for your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sun glisten off the mountain tops. The second bedroom on the main floor offers comfort and style. It boasts a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and a shared ensuite bathroom. Our third bedroom is ideal for young adventurers or those young at heart. It has two sets of bunk beds, ensuring a playful and cozy atmosphere complemented by a smart TV.

The heart of our home lies in the gourmet kitchen, where culinary dreams come to life amidst stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and exquisite finishes. Engage in lively conversations around the inviting kitchen island or create lasting memories with loved ones in the seamlessly integrated open-concept kitchen and living room.

Embrace the outdoors and savor the crisp Colorado air as you fire up the gas grill on our larger deck. Enjoy the Colorado days and nights while soaking up the star-studded night sky.

*** NOTE: 4WD/AWD is recommended in the winter (Thanksgiving through late March). ***

Trailer parking is allowed at the property with a maximum of two trailers.

Additional Note: There are two (2) exterior cameras; one faces the driveway, and one faces the back of the cabin, and there is a ring doorbell. These are for liability and insurance purposes and are not monitored.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (it does not apply during the Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
