Welcome to your Northwoods oasis at Lucky Bass Retreat! Escape to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 ½-bath home nestled amidst the serene surroundings of the Northern Highland American Legion State Forest located near the charming towns of Lake Tomahawk, Minocqua and St. Germain. Built in 2013, this fabulous retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Just a short 7-minute walk to the beach at Bass Lake (on a cute little trail from the backyard through the woods) and right near the Rainbow Flowage - both lakes have boat launches. This home is also on an ATV route.

Step inside and discover a spacious great room with fireplace and TV, ideal for gathering with family and friends after a day of adventure. The full kitchen with bar seating has everything you need for home cooked meals - plus there is a grill outside for flipping burgers. The master suite, conveniently located on the main level, provides a peaceful haven for relaxation. There are 2 more bedrooms, sitting area and a bathroom upstairs, and a large family room with fireplace and TV downstairs. There is a washer/dryer in the home.

Outside, a wonderful covered front porch beckons you to unwind and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. The detached garage is set up as a seasonal game room with ping pong and darts. There are also bicycles in the garage, bean bag toss and a firepit area for more outdoor fun.

But the real magic lies just beyond your doorstep. Walk on the wooded path to the clear waters of Bass Lake and spend your days swimming, kayaking, canoeing, or fishing to your heart's content. You can also launch your boat from the nearby expansive Rainbow Flowage. This location is truly unbeatable for the outdoor enthusiast. Whether you're into fishing, hunting, ATV-ing, hiking, or simply exploring the beauty of nature, you'll find endless opportunities for adventure right at your fingertips.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required when booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to dates, including changes that result in a shorter stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
