Nestled in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom casita beckons with its ideal proximity to the Plaza, inviting restaurants, captivating galleries, and diverse shops—all within a leisurely stroll. The residence boasts a quaint fenced backyard, ensuring a private retreat for both residents and their four-legged companions. Beyond the casita's doorstep lies a gateway to the cultural tapestry of Santa Fe, with seamless access to the renowned Santa Fe Opera, the vibrant Railyard Arts District, and the artistic haven of Canyon Road. Nature enthusiasts will find themselves in close proximity to an array of mountain biking and hiking trails, each offering a unique exploration of the surrounding landscape. Moreover, the allure of the Santa Fe Ski Resort awaits just 30 minutes away, promising both winter adventures and breathtaking alpine vistas.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 1 dog and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  Everything about this location was perfect! It's proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping and provided off street parking.
  We each had our own room and bath but could hang out in the beautiful living area together. The house was immaculate and everything we could possibly need was provided. Look forward to visiting Santa Fe again and would definitely stay here!

  We rented 238 Griffin in Santa Fe for 5 nights. The location was ideal for walking to the Plaza and museums. Our favorite restaurant was in walking distance also. The layout of the house was nice with two living areas, two rooms and two bathrooms. The dining table was accessible from the kitchen. The kitchen was very well appointed with open shelving for dishes and nice appliances. We would definitely stay there again!
