Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  A beautiful home 20 minutes from everything we did. Wish we had more time to enjoy the great patio. Home had everything we needed. It has multiple levels, so not a good choice if you have mobility issues. The kids (7 & 10) loved the bin of toys for the patio.

The large front porch & sitting area is well appointed and a wonderful spot to sip cocktails while you watch the sun set behind layer-after-layer of distant mountains. Sectioned far enough into the beautiful hills and nature, while still remaining a short drive into the city, you can have the best of both worlds. The property offers privacy, a luxury and fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful outdoor space to relax, host, or simply enjoy the sunset in the hot tub while a fire pit burns nearby! Property description was accurate and the managing team was very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and check out. The beds in all rooms had clean and extremely comfortable mattresses.
