Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  This apartment was in the basement of a large home. I did hesitate to book. I am so glad that I did book it. The quiet neighborhood, private entrance, lovely private patio for coffee mornings, with wildlife, beautiful landscaping, comfortable beds,and the amazing shower is not to be missed. Staying here made our vacation even better.

  We had a great weekend. And the apartment was in a great location. Close to the freeway and US95.
  It was a small thing; we found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard. We just checked before we used dishes and made sure we washed what we used.

  We had a fantastic stay! Coeur D Alene was perfect for Spring Break.
  
  We are a family of four who mixed a dad's work conference with a Spring Break trip.
  Our accomodations exceeded our expectations. We were tucked away in a neighborhood but close to walking paths and other outdoor activities.
  As well there was near by grocery stores and more obscure dining. The drive to The Resort and downtown Coeur D Alene made it simple to visit kid friendly activities and dine out! We really loved it!
