Our 1,180 sq. ft., 2-story Silverpick unit (#104) features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This great mountain escape has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, TVs in all bedrooms, a private deck with mountain views, and a community hot tub. This is the perfect homebase for all of your adventures - or to just relax in a true mountain setting. Dogs welcome!

The property has a shared hot tub, playground, and hiking. You can also walk or bike the 0.3-mile dirt road from the condo to the Nugget Mountain Bar - they have a food truck and indoor/outdoor seating with firepits. In the summer, they also feature live music! In the summer, a bike ride to the ski resort would be easy, too.

Silverpick borders the national forest and is about halfway between the historic towns of Durango and Silverton. This prime location is just one mile from Purgatory's entrance and approximately 25 minutes from downtown Durango, with scenic drives up to Silverton and Ouray. Enjoy both quiet privacy and the incomparable Needle's Views from this home while being close enough to the action of the resort community to enjoy all of the incredible winter and summer activities.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).
There is a ring doorbell at the entry door.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
