• Pet-friendly (max 2 dogs) – $40/night per dog, $250 max per stay; unreported pets incur a $300 fee
• Guests have access to the entire townhouse
• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
• Routine property maintenance (trash collection, yard work, etc.) may occur during your stay
• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
• Street parking available. We do our best to provide a parking pass for guests, but availability cannot be guaranteed if a previous guest has taken or misplaced it.
• Accessing the laundry area requires using steep stairs to the basement.
•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery
•Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.

    My husband and I were visiting our daughter and her family that reside in the Baker neighborhood, Denver Co. and needed a close convenient place to stay. the rental was perfect, it was clean, well appointed, comfortable and well equipped. it was much nicer than staying at a hotel and it was in walking distance to our daughter and family. It was a perfect stay and would highly recommend.
