Ideally located just minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs—including the famous Pagosa Hot Springs—and only 30 minutes from the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area, it’s an exceptional home base for your Colorado getaway.

• Like most homes in the area, this property does not have AC. Guests can easily keep cool by using fans and opening windows at night when temperatures dip into the 40s.
•We are dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $40/night, with a maximum of $250 per stay. Please let us know upon booking whether you plan to bring a dog. No cats allowed, please!

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We had a great time and this house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out, everyone had a bathroom, and we had every possible kitchen item and amenity needed to feel like we were at home. We cooked and baked the entire stay and it was nice to have a closet full of games. We enjoyed using the fireplace in the evenings and watching a movie. We even used the grill and made burgers a few times. We absolutely loved the house, it was a beautiful drive up to Wolf Creek everyday, and also close to in-town amenities when needed. Instacart delivered there for groceries, and it was a super drive to our favorite coffee place — Bruin Coffee! We would have extended our stay if it was not already booked. We hope to be back!

  If you are looking for a vacation rental in Pagosa Springs, look no further — this place is AH-MAZING!!!!
  
  You drive up to a large, spacious driveway with covered carport, then enter the house through a large mudroom (which is perfect for hanging wet, cold clothing!). Everything in the house is immaculate and looks brand new. The open kitchen/living/great room has panoramic windows that showcase the breathtaking scenery and melt away your stress as you relax after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is very well stocked and far surpasses any other rentals I’ve ever stayed at, with Keurig and Ninja coffee makers, microwave, oven and full-sized refrigerator. The rooms and bathrooms are all perfectly decorated and appointed with large, comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out over 2 floors, and we had so much space that we never felt cramped. There is a game room downstairs with large TV, and the added bonus of a closet full of games to keep kids of all ages happy throughout your stay. Oh, and there’s also a huge, covered deck outside with comfortable seating so you can really taken in the natural beauty that surrounds you! Wolf Creek is about 35 minutes away, with grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Note: All wheel drive vehicle is a must esp during cold season.
  
  I’ve rented a lot of vacation properties and this is by far one the best, if not THE BEST, I’ve ever been to! We’ll definitely be back!!!

  Very nice house! Spacious and very comfortable. The entry was handy for leaving ski equipment, boots and coats. Really liked the layout of the house. Nice big kitchen and appliances.Loved the property, plenty of room to explore. The view from deck is peaceful and quiet. Location was great, Only a short drive to the heart of Pagosa Springs, where there is easy access to restaurants, shopping, and especially the hot springs. Loved the winter stay, but want to go back in the summer also, for some fishing and just to relax. Would definitely recommend this house to rent.
