The home is dog friendly (1 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  This was a perfect spot for our family. It was a short drive from the center of town but a good trade off for having a little room to spread out. It was clean and comfortable and in a good neighborhood. The management was needed for one tiny issue that was easily and promptly addressed and fixed. It was about a battery issue with the door lock but there was a back up key. I am mentioning the issue so you would know it was no big deal and someone answered the call immediately. I would definitely recommend this property to others. It is properly stocked and even has extras. It had everything kitchen wise and cleaning wise and we were super excited to find an ice chest for our outings. Thank you for providing our family with a comfortable safe place to stay during our vacation.

  Very nice, quiet place with good central location. Nice dog friendly yard and good walking park just down the street. Very comfortable beds and we really enjoyed breakfast out on the patio!

  Great experience all around, the hosts had the place ready and were great about communicating all the ins and outs. The house was nicely provisioned and the location was very convenient and close to everything.   I found the vacation rental of this home spectacular. The house is well kept and clean. It has all the amenities that you need to enjoy your time in Santa Fe. The house is located close to most sites in the city. Enjoyable walks in the neighborhood and local parks. Within walking distance of the Railyard. Close driving distance to downtown/plaza area and Museum Hill.
  
  On a warm sunny day a great place to sit is the outdoor patio which is well stock with chairs, table and games. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner and manager were most helpful and were accessible. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone. You couldn't ask for more.
