  I’ve stayed in a lot of these places the beds usually suck and the pots and pans look like something you owned in college. This place had super nice beds, pots and pans. It felt like being at home. It was perfect for us. My wife and I loved the master suite. We will definitely stay there from now on when we go to Moab.

  Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was extremely helpful and timely. The property was as described and very well organized. Very much enjoyed the amenities such as the gas grill and outdoor seating. One day due to some cooler temperatures we even took advantage of the gas fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils you would ever need. We enjoyed the freshly ground coffee using the beans and grinder provided, Also appreciated that there was live local TV available which you generally don’t get at these type rentals. Only comments for improvement was the directions when using a navigation system were confusing. However, the instructions provided by the host were very helpful. Finally a small issue was the refrigerator for some reason was a bit noisy.

  This is a great place! Lots of room inside and out with a nice patio. The garage was great for storing bikes and playing ping pong. An outside water spigot made it easy to keep our bikes clean.
