Ideally located in the historic neighborhood of Whittier, our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1,6000 sq ft home is the perfect oasis. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids to play—a short drive or bike ride to attractions (Zoo, Downtown, and more). It is only two blocks from City Park and the City Park Golf Course. The bar/restaurant at the golf course is one of the best places to watch the sunset in the city, with West views overlooking the course, city skyline, and mountains.

The home boasts a stunning interior that blends vintage and modern aesthetics to make the place feel like home. The fenced backyard with grass, a covered patio, a picnic table, a grill, and sun lounging chairs make it the perfect outdoor sanctuary for you and your family during your stay. Bring your yard games on your road trip here, and you could make endless memories!

Please note the owner lives in the basement. He travels a lot during the week but you may see him coming and going. He has his own separate entrance through the backyard.

This is not a pet friendly home. Pets of any kind, including service animals, are not allowed at the home as the homeowner has severe allergies and lives in the house when it's not being rented.

    Great house centrally located to airport and downtown. Easy day trips to Redrocks, Garden of the Gods, National Park and white water rafting. House is beautifully decorated, very clean, and kitchen well equipped.

    Four adults stayed at this rental to visit family and friends in Denver. Perfect location. We loved the home and had everything we needed. The house is beautifully decorated, has very modern touches like electric blinds, very comfortable beds and nice bedding and everything we needed. It's close to City Park and walking distance to RiNo.
