With VRC, you can book with confidence knowing your vacation is in expert hands.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required when booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We had a few days to relax. Even though it turned out to be rainy for a day and off snd on a couple others days it was special. Though cool, it was still a great place to enjoy the rockers on the porch with a cup of coffee. So peaceful and quiet. I came with Wanda to this wonderful’cabin’.

  Wonderful accommodations with great proximity to both Creede and Pagosa Springs. We spent time in both and loved it! The house and each bedroom is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. We cooked most meals there! The views are beautiful in all directions! Plan to come again and visit Wolf Creek Ski Area in the winter.

  We enjoyed a relaxing stay during our vacation in South Fork. The time passed quickly as we were busy hiking, fishing, and playing pickleball. After all our outdoor activities we especially appreciated the hot tub. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with amazing views outside. Cooking was a breeze with the well appointed kitchen, we were able to find all the appliances and utensils we needed. We enjoyed some fresh caught trout as a special treat! We loved how clean everything was, no unwanted leftovers in the fridge for us to clean out, and every bedroom was ready for us to move in. We found challenging mountain hiking trails over the continental divide that were close by (within an hour drive) and easily accessible by car. The small market in South Fork had all the food items we needed, but we brought most of our food from Costco in Denver. It’s remote here, but that’s exactly what we loved about it, no crowds, and plenty of peace and solitude. For our group from Kansas and Nebraska it was the perfect mountain getaway, we just wish it were a closer drive! We highly recommend this cabin and plan to come back.
