With VRC, you can book with confidence knowing your vacation is in expert hands.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required when booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance..

  Would return again and again. Management company and host are so accommodating. Love the views!!! Centrally located to Del Norte, South Fork, Creede, Pagosa and more but we still felt like we were able to get away from it all! Property is well stocked and clean. Love it here.

  This home was very nice and conveniently located within 30 mins of the ski area. It was clean and had all the essentials stocked. Beautiful views from the giant windows to see the sunrise or watch wildlife. We did have an issue with the hvac heating well above what we had the thermostat to but would definitely stay at this property again.
