The interior of the home, styled with your comfort and convenience in mind, boasts rich wood finishes and thoughtful decor and furnishings throughout. The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups.

Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare group meals during your stay. The patio has a large grill and table for outdoor dining. For a night out, downtown Moab has a large selection of wonderful dining options and is just a short 5 min drive from the house!

The kitchen opens to the dining room with ample seating and extra bar seating as well. Enjoy meals together! In cooler months, cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room and share stories of the day's adventures. Stream all your favorite shows on the flat screen TV, complete with soundbar.

The master bedroom suite is tucked away on the first level and has an attached bath with a walk in shower. There is also patio access from the master bedroom and the hot tub is just steps away.

Upstairs you'll find 2 large comfortable bedrooms (one with an attached bathroom), 2nd story views, two additional bathrooms and a bonus loft with sleeper sofa and a designated work station.

Relax outside on the enclosed patio and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views. You're likely to spot some of the local wildlife that frequent the open space behind the home! Gaze at the stars as you soak in the private hot tub.

The home offers a two-car garage (with an EV charger!), driveway, and nearby curbside parking for extra vehicles and trailers (please note trailers/ATV's are not allowed in the driveway or garage). Store all your gear and bikes securely in the detached garage.

The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

No pets are allowed in this unit but please inquire about our many other pet-friendly options. Trailers, campers and UTV/ATV's are not allowed in the community at any time per the HOA rules but there is nearby parking for additional vehicles and trailers available just along Bench Road.

    This place is great. Great communication, beautiful property, clean and lots of space. Hot tub was a bonus and all the maps, games and literature were too. We stayed here 5 nights in April-great place for all our trips to the parks. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens. The only thing to add would be to go coffee cups and maybe some plastic cups for outside.
