Our two story Tamarron condo (Pinecone #810) features a full kitchen, fireplace and large private deck. Situated in the heart of the pines, our unit offers a secluded Colorado mountain feel. Guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club. We are located 2 minutes from the Rockwood Train Stataion,10 minutes to Purgatory Resort, 23 minutes to Downtown Durango, 11 minutes to Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa, and close to many hiking and biking trails.

A wonderful vacation awaits you at Pinecone 810, our bright and spacious condo in the San Juan National Forest. Put your feet up and relax on the comfy lodge-style furnishings. On the main level, you will find the living room and dining area featuring a wall of windows, a fully functional kitchen with dual oven and dishwasher, and deck with plenty of seating and a grill. There is also a queen bed sleeping area, partitioned off from the living area with a wall and fireplace, and a laundry closet. The bathroom with tub/shower combo is adjacent to this sleeping area. Upstairs is a large loft with two queen beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a 65" Smart TV

There are several stairs leading up to the condo front door. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron do NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We (family of 6) LOVED our stay at Tamarron Pinecone 810. The location is perfect between the town and purgatory. It’s such a beautiful property and the condo itself is such a fun layout and very clean. It had plenty of space to give everyone room . The beds were super comfy. Check in and out were a breeze. I would highly recommend!

  This condo is just what we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway before the craziness of the holiday season begins. The furniture was comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and slept great in the beds. We did enjoy some time in the outdoor hot tub at the Lodge and had some good food at the onsite restaurants. Tamarron has a spectacular backdrop! Great communication and service from the property management team. Five Stars!!!
