This beautiful open-concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown!

The home has the perfect configuration for families and groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the patio while enjoying the stunning views. The views throughout the home, especially from the patio, are outstanding! Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat! Please note: our community pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025. This does not affect access to the private hot tub located on the patio which is available 24/7!

The home offers a one-car garage, driveway, and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. It has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high-speed internet provides connection so you can efficiently work and study remotely when needed. The high-def cable TVs and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

    We had a great stay at this property in Moab. We used it as a home base while exploring and hiking in the area. Loved having the private hot tub with nice view to come home to in the evening. The beds were very comfy and the neighborhood is quiet, which was great for a good nights sleep. The unit is nicely decorated. We used the grill on the patio and cooked most nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Coffee was also provided which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this property.
