The spacious deck is the heart of the home, offering breathtaking sunrises, glowing sunsets, and comfortable seating for morning coffee or al fresco dinners under the stars. Positioned high above the Santa Fe River Valley, Hummingbird provides sweeping views of the surrounding mountains both east and west.

Inside, understated Southwestern décor pairs beautifully with curated artwork, creating an atmosphere of warmth and authenticity. The living room’s large glass doors frame panoramic views, while three fireplaces add cozy charm throughout. The fully stocked kitchen features quartz countertops, a sleek black granite island with breakfast seating, and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy intimate dinners in the formal dining area for up to eight guests.

A cozy library, complete with a daybed and trundle, offers a quiet nook to read, work, or nap. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully separated for privacy—each with an en-suite bathroom. The primary suite features a king bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and private bath.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  This property has a beautiful exterior and interior. It's very spacious and cool down six steps to the lower level where the bedrooms are. We enjoyed breakfasts and sunsets on the patio with its view across the valley. It has easy access to downtown which is less than ten minutes away. We certainly would stay again when we come to Santa Fe. It's very well maintained, clean, and the management company was very accommodating to our request for a late departure.
