Welcome to our recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven in the heart of Coeur d'Alene! Nestled just moments away from downtown, this charming house is the perfect home base for your Idaho getaway.

Just a short distance from the vibrant downtown area where you will find many local eateries, shops, and entertainment options. Within walking distance to explore the natural beauty of lake Coeur d'Alene and nearby parks, trails. Don't forget to bring your golf clubs to enjoy any of our many golf courses just a short distance from your vacation home.

Immerse yourself in the comfort of this thoughtfully designed home, providing a blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the dining/living room area is great for entertaining.

With three bedrooms and two full baths, our home is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate families, couples or groups of friends. Enjoy the expansive yard, perfect for outdoor barbecues, yard games, playing with your dog, or simply unwinding!

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    I cannot say enough great things about this property that we stayed in on 'C" Street in Coeur d'Alene! The home was perfect for the 6 of us! The bedrooms were a great size, the decor and furniture was great! I was able to cook an awesome Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and the living room is perfect for family movie time. The backyard is so spacious and was a wonderful fenced in space for our puppy! The street is quiet and the location is PRIME! We were able to walk to downtown Coeur d"Alene for the tree lighting and parade. Grocery stores are close. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

    Such a great house for my daughters 16th birthday! Clean and cozy and we were able to drive downtown in 5 minutes for coffee, shopping and restaurants. If it hadn’t rained we would have walked to town. Had everything we needed!

    This was the perfect location for our five-person biking party. The house was newly remodeled, and the inside was immaculate. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with great, easy access to the Trail of the CDA and Centennial Trail. A fifteen-minute walk will get you right on the lake and to the downtown area.
